Leftover Rice Tikki

Ingredients to make Leftover Rice Tikki

  • 1 cup boiled plain rice
  • 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onions
  • 1 small chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas
  • 3 tsp suji/ semolina
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • red chilli powder to taste
  • Garam masala to taste
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Leftover Rice Tikki

  1. Take bowl add all ingredients. Combine it well. Rest it for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and deep fry till it turns out golden brown(cook both side properly).
  3. Serve hot with ketchup and chutney

My Tip:

You can add vegetables according to your taste. You can also add cheese. Instead of deep fry you can shallow fry it.
