About Leftover Rice Parantha Recipe

We always face issue of leftover foods in our home. So, I am going to share a useful recipe which made from Leftover Rice parathas.

Leftover Rice Parantha

Ingredients to make Leftover Rice Parantha

  • Leftover rice 1 big bowl
  • wheat 1 big bowl
  • Chopped onion 1 small bowl
  • green chillies chopped 1 tps
  • Ajwain 1 small tps
  • kalonji 1 small tps
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Leftover Rice Parantha

  1. Mix all ingredients in wheat powder and leftover rice.
  2. Now properly knead dough of above mixture.
  3. Make a small dough for parathas and roll it and saute with oil and serve with your favourite pickle or chutney and Sabzi.

My Tip:

Always put Ajwain in parathas dough which makes parathas more tasty and easy to digest.
