Ingredients to make Prawn 65

  • Prawns – 300 gms
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Thick plain curd - 2 tbsps
  • turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • red chilly powder - 2 tbsps
  • pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • coriander powder - ½ tsp
  • cornflour - 2 tsp
  • Rice flour - 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil - 2 cups for deep frying

How to make Prawn 65

  1. First devien and wash the prawns nicely couple of times. Pat them dry with clean kitchen towel. Keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients except oil and mix well. 
  3. Add the prawns to the marination mixture and mix well coating the masala well with the prawns. 
  4. Keep them marinated for 1 hour. 
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, reduce the heat and add the prawns in batches. 
  6. Fry them in medium heat for 8-10 mins till golden and crisp.
  7. Remove them in an absorbent paper. Serve with lemon and onion slices.
