ABOUT Spiced Milk RECIPE

All time favourite masala doodh flavoured with saffron, cardamom powder , nutmeg powder and loaded with yummy crunch of dry fruits

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole milk 2 litres
  2. Nutmeg powder 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Cardamom powder 1/4th teaspoon
  4. Saffron strands 1/4th teaspoon
  5. Sugar 1 cup
  6. Mixed dry fruits chopped 1 to 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take whole milk and sugar
  2. Take mixed dry fruits of your choice and chop them , take cardamom and powder it..take saffron also
  3. Allow milk to boil and lower the heat once boiled
  4. Allow it to cook on low heat and keep stirring consistently
  5. Add sugar, chopped dry fruits and cook consistently
  6. Add nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and saffron strands too
  7. Cook on low flame till it thickens and reduced
  8. Masala doodh or Spiced milk is ready to serve .Serve hot or cold, it tastes equally Delicious
