Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gms bajra flour
  2. 50 gms wheat flour
  3. 50 gms butter
  4. 25 gms powdered sugar
  5. one green chili
  6. 1/4 tsp salt
  7. roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  8. kasoori methi 1tsp
  9. 25 gms fine semolina

Instructions

  1. in a bowl beat sugar and butter
  2. it will turn white and fluffy in texture
  3. add millet flour
  4. add fine semolina
  5. add wheat flour
  6. add salt
  7. add kasoori methi
  8. add cumin seeds
  9. bind the dough
  10. try to make small ball and flatten with palm
  11. if its not binding add little more butter
  12. preheat oven for 10 minutes
  13. arrange Nankhatai in baking tray
  14. bake for 25-27 minutes
  15. every oven temperature is different
  16. so check after 20 minutes
  17. when its baked remove on wire rack
  18. cool it completely and store in air tight container
