Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cottage cheese / paneer - 200 gms.
  2. Grated processed cheese - 2 cubes
  3. Chopped green chillies - 2 - 3 C
  4. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  5. Bread - 2 slices
  6. All purpose flour /maida - 2 tbsp
  7. Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
  8. Water - 1 cup
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Black pepper - 1/ tsp
  11. Oil - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take crumbled paneer/ cottage cheese, grated cheese, green chilies and coriander leaves.
  2. Mix bread slices and sprinkle few drops of water to make it little soggy.
  3. Add salt and black pepper and mix well.
  4. Knead it like a dough and shape them.
  5. Roll them in all purpose flour and dip these in water and coat them in bread crumbs and dip fry till it turns golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup.
