Generally we throw left over bread pieces But today we really do magic with leftover bread just adding makhan with exotic flavor of garlic and coriander leaves make it superly delicious with cup of tea.

Ingredients Serving: 4

6-8 up and down bread pieces
2 tbsp makhan yellow or white
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp finly chopped coriander leaves
salt pinch

Instructions

Take bread pieces and cut in 4 parts in lengthwise
Heat makhan in pan add garlic paste saute for 1 second add salt, pepper, coriander leaves. gass turn off
Arrange all sticks in baking tray and brush all sticks with sauted makhan and toast 8-10 min. in preheated oven
It is ready to eat with cup of tea
