Ingredients to make Bread roll

  • 8 bread piece
  • 4 Boiled and mashed potato
  • 2 cup boiled pea
  • 2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp amchoor powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 2 GREEN chilli CHOPPED
  • 2 tabs chopped green coriander

How to make Bread roll

  1. In a pan put oil and do hot put jira in it add Boiled mattar and boiled mashed potato add coriander powder red chilli powder salt haldi chopped green chilli amchoor powder chopped green coriander nd mix nicely roast 5 minutes
  2. In 1 big bowl take 1 gilas waterDip Bread piece in it and squzze it than after keep 1 tabs masala mixture on bread and bind it to make a rol
  3. Make all rol
  4. In a pan heat the oil and put rol into hot oil one by one.keep frying til golden
  5. Serv with green chatney

My Tip:

Fry on low flame but put rol into hot oil
