Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup rice flour
  2. 1&1/2 tablespoon butter
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 teaspoon sesmee seeds
  5. 1/4 teaspoon haldi powder
  6. 1 teaspoon green chilly paste
  7. 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
  8. 2 cup buttermilk
  9. Oil for frying


  1. In a mixing bowl add rice flour,salt,butter,sesmee seeds,haldi powder,red chilly powder,green chilly paste and required buttermilk and make soft daugh,not sticky daugh
  2. Make role from Daugh and fill it in chakri machine and make round shape chakri
  3. Now deep fry all chakri on medium to low flame
  4. Till became crispy
  5. Now serve it
