Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Black chick peas 1 bowl boiled n mashed
  2. 4 boiled n mashed potatoes
  3. 1/2cup greated cauliflower
  4. 1/4 cup peas boiled
  5. 1 tbsp coriander fine chopped
  6. 2 green chilii fine chopped
  7. 1/2 inch ginger piece chopped
  8. 1 tspn red chilii powder
  9. 1 tspn chat masala
  10. 1/2 tspn cumin powder
  11. 1/2 tspn black salt
  12. White Salt according to your taste
  13. Oil for frying


  1. First take a large bowl n mix all the ingredients expect oil .
  2. Mix all the ingredients very well with your hands or spatula.
  3. Now take a wolk n heat oil for frying kababs.
  4. Greese your hand with some oil.
  5. Now take a small portion of this mixture n make it in a kabab shape.
  6. Now deep fry these kabab very gently in low medium hot oil.
  7. Fry till it becomes crisp n golden in color.
  8. Enjoy yummy crispy kabab.
