Ingredients to make Dal pakodi

  • 1 cup moong dal
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  • Refined oil for frying

How to make Dal pakodi

  1. Let Moong dal rest in water for 5-6 hours.
  2. Then drain the water.
  3. Grind the dal, onion, ginger in grinder mixer.
  4. Add salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder and mix it well.
  5. Now take pan put refined oil heat it.
  6. After this fry small pakodi.
  7. Pakodi turns into golden colour remove from oil on napkin.
  8. Serve hot with green dip.

My Tip:

Pakodi make in small size for crispy taste.
