Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Masoor dal 300 gm.
  2. 2 medium sized onion chopped.
  3. Grated garlic 1 tbsp.
  4. 1 tbsp chopped green chilli.
  5. 2-3 chopped coridender leaves.
  6. 2 tbsp luke warm mustard oil.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
  9. 1 cup sunflower oil for frying.

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the dal for 3-5 hours.
  2. Grind mansoor dal.
  3. Take this mansoor dal paste in the bowl and add grated garlic, chopped Onion, green chilli,salt to taste, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp,2 tbsp luke warm mustard oil and 2-3 chopped coridender leaves.
  4. Now heat the oil in the pan.fry the pakoras till crispy and golden brown.
  5. Garnish with coridender leaves and onion.
