ABOUT Chana Dal Pakoda RECIPE

It is a very tasty tea time evening snack.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chana dal 200 gms
  2. 2 medium size chopped onion
  3. 3 chopped green chilli
  4. Some chopped mint leaves
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Soak chana dal for atleast 2 hrs. After 2 hours wash the dal properly, drain the water, grind it in thick consistency.
  2. Add all the chopped things, salt and baking soda in chana dal batter, mix all properly.
  3. Now heat the oil for deep frying.
  4. Now fry all pakodas till crispy and golden in colour.
  5. Now your pakoda is ready to eat.
