Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chana Daal ( Bengal gram Split) 2 cups
  2. Ginger grated 2 tsp
  3. Garlic crushed 2 tsp
  4. Green chilli 2 to 5 according to taste.
  5. turmeric powder a pinch
  6. Chilli powder 1 tsp ( optional )
  7. Garam masaala 2 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
  9. Onions Chopped and Sprinkle Salt and Chilli. 3
  10. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Soak Chana Daal for 4 to 5 hrs.
  2. Coarse grind with Green Chillies.
  3. Add Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Garam masaala, Coriander leaves, Chilli powder.
  4. Mix batter well. Heat oil in a pan, when heated add 1 tbsp hot oil to the batter.
  5. Deep fry pakora ( fritters).
  6. Serve hot with chopped onions and a cup of tea or coffee
