Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked Basmati rice 1 Cup
  2. Onion chopped 1
  3. Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Capsicum Chopped 1/2
  5. Green chillies chopped 4
  6. Chopped ginger 1 tablespoon
  7. Besan 4 tablespoons
  8. Rice Flour 2 tablespoons
  9. garam masala 1 tablespoon
  10. Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  11. salt as needed
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Coriander leaves


  1. Take a bowl and add cooked basmati rice...Add ginger,Onions,carrot,Capsicum,green chillies and mix well.
  2. Add coriander powder and garam masala to it and mix well.
  3. After that add Besan and rice flour and mix well.
  4. Finally add salt and Coriander leaves and mix well.
  5. Make that mixture into small balls if needed add water.
  6. Add oil to a pan and fry these balls in medium flame.
  7. Once it is done take into tissue paper to dissolve oil.
  8. Serve hot hot rice balls with tomato sauce.
