Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach (arakeera) chopped 1cup
  2. Shallots sliced 10 numbers
  3. Tamarind lemon size
  4. Red chilly 10 numbers
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Hing 1pinch
  8. Mustard seed 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Crack mustard and fry red chilly
  2. Add shallots and saute it
  3. Add spinach saute it
  4. Add tamarind juice,salt and adequate water
  5. Boil it and add turmeric powder and hing
  6. Let it boil for 5 minutes
  7. Serve hot
