Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Kala chana or black gram -250 gms
  2. Diced onion -1
  3. Green chillies -2-3
  4. Besan -1tbsp
  5. Salt -to taste
  6. Chopped coriander leaves -1 tbsp
  7. Oil for frying -1 cup

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak biack gram for 3-4 hours.
  2. Then drain black gram completely and grind coarsely.
  3. Mix onion, coriander leaves, green chillies ,besan and cumin seeds
  4. . Heat oil in kadai shape each ball of medium thickness.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown in colour.
  6. Flipping once in between.
  7. Always cook in medium flame.
