Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ilish - 4 piece
  2. Mustard paste - 3 tbsp, black:yellow 1:2
  3. Curd - 4 tbsp
  4. Mustard oil - 6 tbsp
  5. Green chili - 10 or more
  6. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker, put all the ingredients. Break some of the green chili
  2. Cook for 15 min in medium heat
  3. Let the steam escape naturally
  4. Can add more or less mustard oil, according to your taste. Same goes for green chili
  5. Taste best with plain rice
