Moongdal pakode - Crunchy , crispy pakode made with yellow lentil/moongdal is one of the best tea time snack with a cup of tea.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 1/2 cup moongdal soaked
  2. 1 medium onion
  3. 1/4cup fresh coriander leaves
  4. 2-3 greenchilli
  5. 1 inch ginger
  6. pinch of baking soda
  7. pinch of asafoetida
  8. 1 tbsp rice flour
  9. salt to taste
  10. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Add the soaked dal in a mixie jar then add onion,coriander, greenchilli, ginger asafoetida, baking soda , rice flour and salt grind it to coarse mixture.
  2. Heat oil and drop small portion of mixture and fry till golden and crispy.
