Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 1/2 cup makki ka atta
  3. 1/2 Cup whole wheat flour
  4. 2 tbsp Oil
  5. 1/2 cup corn
  6. 1/2 cup carrot
  7. 1 cup chopped red ,green ,yellow
  8. Bell pepper
  9. 4 Eggs
  10. 2 cheese slice
  11. Red chilli sauce
  12. 2 tsp salt


  1. Make dough with mix all flour adding 1 tsp salt ,1/2 tsp pepper and 1 tsp oil
  2. Set it for 20 min.
  3. Make filling
  4. Put 1 tsp oil in pan add all chopped vegetables put salt & pepper acc. to taste
  5. Make big thin chappati and cook both sides
  6. Prick with fork
  7. In another pan put some oil &spread beaten egg mix with salt & pepper
  8. Put cooked chappati on top side of egg
  9. Not cook egg from both side
  10. Then cook chappati & egg side For few seconds
  11. Place it on plate ,put cheese slice and filling on it
  12. Put some chilli sauce
  13. Then roll it from both sides
  14. Serve it with salsa
