Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. All purpose flour 1 teaspoon
  3. Gram flour 2 table spoon
  4. Samolina 3table spoon
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  6. Ajawin 1 tea spoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2tea spoon
  8. Oil 1 tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Curry leaves 1 cup
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take all ingrdients together
  2. Wash &drain curry leaves
  3. Dry on tava with slow flame
  4. Fry curry leaves in oil.
  5. Grind curry leaves.and mix with all ingredients
  6. Make a tight dough with water
  7. Divide dough into small lemon size balls
  8. Rolled out into rotis.and cut into a different shapes
  9. Dry it for 10 _15min
  10. Deep fry the nimkies on slow flame.
  11. Cool it and store in air tight container
