This is one of the most easiest and tastiest parathes that i had made. Follow this easy recipe to make some at home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach leaves (chopped) - 2 cups
  2. Onion (chopped) - 2
  3. Green chillies (chopped) - 1
  4. Maida - 1 cup
  5. Carrom seeds (ajwain) - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Oil


  1. Mix everything together, and little oil as well.
  2. As the onions tend to loose water, try not to add lot of water while kneading. Add very little water to make a semi soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion
  4. Roast and then shallow fry with little oil on a pan, serve the parathas with curd & pickle.
