ABOUT Hara bhara chila RECIPE

It is a highly nutritious food that the kids will really love and not fuss about it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups wheat flour
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 1 tbsp rava
  4. 2 cups finely chopped fenugreek leaves, spring onions,coriander leaves, spinach
  5. 1 tbsp crushed green peas
  6. 2 tsp chili ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/4th tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1 tbsp curd
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add all the flours together and mix well.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables,crushed peas,turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic and chili paste,curd in the flour.
  3. Add water to make it into a batter of consistency of a dosa batter.
  4. Keep it aside for 7-8 hours and let it ferment.
  5. Take a non stick tava and pour a ladle full of the batter prepared and spread it just as same as you make dosa.Add oil on both the sides and cook.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
