Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Broad beans ( Sem) 250 grams
  2. Small potatoes 300 grams
  3. Chili powder 1 tbsp
  4. Mustard seed powder 1 tsp
  5. Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. Magrail Masala 2 tsp
  9. Mustard oil 4-5 tbsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1 tsp


  1. Pressure cook the potatoes for one whistle then cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Keep it aside
  2. Pressure cook the broad beans (Sem) for one whistle
  3. Peel the potatoes and remove threads from beans
  4. Mix boiled potatoes and boiled beans with all the spices, salt, garlic paste and mustard oil. Serve immediately or store in air tight container to serve later
