Ingredients to make Palak Alu

  • 1/2kg - spinach chopped
  • 2 potatoes cubed
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp- haldi
  • 1/2 tsp -red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - mustard oil

How to make Palak Alu

  1. Heat mustard oil on high heat. Add potatoes and spinach. Mix well
  2. Saute on high for 5 minutes. Add all spice powders and mix well
  3. Cook on low heat till potatoes are done. Check for seasoning. Switch off
  4. Serve hot with phulkas, rice
