Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina / Sooji/ Rava 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Crushed Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. 1/4 cup crumbled paneer
  5. 1/2 carrot grated
  6. Finely Chopped 1/2 Tomato
  7. Finely chopped 1/2 Onion
  8. Finely chopped 1/2 capsicum
  9. 6-7 chopped curry leaves
  10. finely chopped green chilies 2-3
  11. oil to drizzle


  1. In a bowl, add 1 cup semolina, salt, crushed black pepper, curry leaves, water and form a smooth Dosa batter .
  2. Rest the batter aside for 20 minutes to set.
  3. After 20 minutes batter will become slightly thick, add a little water for smooth pouring consistency.
  4. Now heat a tawa, add 1 tsp oil. Pour a laddleful batter on tawa and spread it in a circular motion . Immediately after spreading the batter add all the toppings{ carrot, capsicum, onion, tomato } over the chilla and cook over medium heat. You can always add toppings of your choice
  5. Drizzle oil on edges, flip and cook on both side
  6. Serve hot with sauce or chutney
