Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 500 gm rohu fish
  2. 2 tsp - oil
  3. 2 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1 tsp chili powder
  5. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  6. 2 tbsp fish masala powder

Instructions

  1. Coat the fish with 2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and 2 tbsp fish curry masala powder.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add the coated fish and fry for about 10 mints on low-medium flame. Since fish contains oil, do not add more oil while frying
  3. Flip and cook for another 10 mints on low- medium flame
  4. Keep it on tissue paper to absorb excess oil
  5. Serve warm
