Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  3. Coriander 100 gm
  4. Green chili 5
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  6. Onion 1 finely chopped
  7. Tomato 1 finely chopped
  8. Green onion 1/2 cup chopped
  9. Mint leaves 3 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  12. Ghee or butter 4 tbsp
  13. Chat Masala 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Add oil, salt and water to flour, knead to smooth dough
  2. Grind coriander, 3 green chilies, salt,Mint to form smooth chutney
  3. Divide dough into equal portions. Roll them into rotis
  4. Apply ghee over the rotis
  5. Cut all rotis into long strips
  6. Heat a pan add butter and splutter mustard seeds. Add chopped green chilies and mix well
  7. Add onions and saute for 5 min. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and mix well. Saute until tomatoes are tender
  8. Add roti strips, green chutney, spice powders. Mix well. Cook until strips are crispy. Serve hot
