Dill Fenugreek Masala

Ingredients to make Dill Fenugreek Masala

  • 2 cup chopped dill (Suva bhaji)leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon green chilly paste
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon hing
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon besan

How to make Dill Fenugreek Masala

  1. Wash and chop fenugreek and dill leaves
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Splutter cumin seeds
  4. Add Hing and mix
  5. Add ginger,chilies,garlic and onions, saute until translucent
  6. Now add chopped fenugreek and dill leaves
  7. Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and mix well
  8. Add turmeric powder and mix. Sprinkle besan, do not mix
  9. Cover and cook for 5 min. Stir well
  10. Serve hot with roti or paratha
