Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Paneer 400 gm, cubed
  2. Blanched Palak puree 2 cups
  3. Curd 1 cup
  4. Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  5. Finely chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  6. Finely chopped green chilies 2 tbsp
  7. Onion sliced 2 medium
  8. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Black salt 1/4 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil 3 tbsp
  13. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  14. Fresh coriander paste 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, splutter cumin seeds
  2. Add garlic ,green chilies and saute until aromatic
  3. Add onion and saute it for 3 minutes.
  4. Add curd,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt,black salt and mix it well.
  5. Add palak puree,coriander paste and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes
  6. Add paneer and gently mix
  7. Cook for 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix well
  8. Serve hot with naan or roti.
