Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fresh bread - 4 slices
  2. Grated paneer - 1 cup
  3. Capsicum - 1/2 cup, diced
  4. Grated carrot - 2 tbsp
  5. Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  6. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Butter - 100 gms


  1. Take a large bowl ,add grated paneer,capsicum,carrot,oregano,coriander leaves , salt and mix well.
  2. Trim the edges of bread and roll slice thin with rolling pin.
  3. Add paneer stuffing at the center of the bread slice and fold from both the sides. Gently seal edges with water
  4. Refrigerate rolls for 15 mins.
  5. Now heat non stick pan and grease with butter.
  6. Place the paneer bread roll in pan
  7. Spread butter on top and cook both the sides until golden brown over medium heat
  8. Serve hot.
