Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Oil 4tbsp
  3. Cabbage 1
  4. Tomato 5
  5. Green Chilli 4
  6. Capsicum red or green 1
  7. Carrot 1
  8. Red chilli flakes 2 tbsp
  9. Ginger 1 inch
  10. Garlic 7 pcs
  11. Dry red chilli 7 (soak in water for 10 minutes )

Instructions

  1. 1st chopped veggies as per your choice.
  2. Take maida add salt &1tbsp oil&knead the dough
  3. Heat a pan add 3 tbsp oil add veggie, salt ,chill flakes .cook for 5 min.
  4. Take a portion of dough roll it thin and fill mixture and seal it.
  5. For chutney: -boil tomato, Garlic, Ginger, Red chilli for 8 minutes in medium flame
  6. After cool grind mixture and add salt.
  7. Heat steamer for 5 minutes in medium flame after that add momos
  8. Steam momos for 10 minutes in medium flame
  9. After 10 min low the flame &check .When it is ready serve with chutney
