Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Washed moong dal 1cup
  2. Masala oats 1cup
  3. Peas 1cup
  4. Onion 1 { finely chopped}
  5. Carrot 1 {gratted}
  6. Green chillies 5-6
  7. Red chilly powder 2 teaspoon
  8. Roasted cumin powder 1½ teaspoon
  9. Cloves 4-6
  10. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  11. Nutmeg powder 1 teaspoon
  12. black cardamom 2
  13. Green cardamom 2
  14. Black pepper 4-6
  15. Cinnamon 1 stick
  16. Javetri flower 1
  17. fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
  18. Bay leaves 4-5
  19. Maggie masala-e-magic 1 pack
  20. Bread crumbs 1 tablespoon
  21. Refined oil 2 tablespoon
  22. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak moong dal in water for 10 minutes. Then take a woak and half boil the dal for 15 minutes.
  2. Boil peas.
  3. Now drain the water and take oats, peas and dal in a mixy and churn one time.
  4. Now transfer this mixture in a bowl and add all the ingredients. And mix them well. And make a good paste.
  5. Now take a mould of your choice and add the mixture in it.
  6. Slowly remove the mould and now take the kabaab and roll it into the bread crumbs
  7. Now cook it on the non stick pan use refined oil.
