A Panjiri made with Corrieder seeds,some chopped dry fruits and with powder sugar and specially made in Krishna Janmashtami used as Prasaad.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 50 grm whole seed corriender
  2. 1/2 cup makhane
  3. 1/4 cup nicely ground sugar
  4. 1/4 cup dry ground coconut
  5. 6 cashew coarsly crushed
  6. 6 almond coarsaly crushed
  7. 1 tsp charoli
  8. 3 green cardamom (powder)
  9. 3 tsp desi ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat some ghee in a pan,add whole corriender seeds in it and roast till pleasant smell comes, when done transfer in mixer jar and make fine powder of it,and keep aside it.
  2. Now coarsaly chopped the makhane,again add some ghee in pan and now first roast the makhane,when it crisp come out and like this roast all remaining dry fruits and ground coconut in this pan.
  3. Now take roasted makhane in deep bowl and again crushed it coarsaly and make some powder and some crushed pieces it.
  4. Now take another deep bowl,now add fine powder of roasted corriender seeds,powder sugar,all roasted dry fruits, roasted makhane and ground coconut and green cardamom powder and mix well.
  5. Now Prasad wali Dhaniya Panjiri is ready to serve.
