Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour ( aata)-1 cup
  2. Grinded suger- 1/2 cup
  3. Some chopped cashew and almonds
  4. Greated coconut- 2-3 tsp
  5. Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
  6. Desi ghee - 4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottomed pam. Add ghee in the pan.
  2. Roast all the nuts in ghee. When it golden brown in color remove from ghee and keep asode.
  3. Add aata in remaining ghee. Mix and cook in a medium flame. Stirring continuously.
  4. Cook until the color change to light brown in colour and its aroma fills the kitchen.
  5. Add sugar and stir continuously for few seconds. Off the flame.
  6. Add chopped nuts. And grated coconuts. Mix cardamom powder. Mix it well.
  7. When completely cooled garnish with nuts and grated coconut.
  8. You can store in a air tight container.
