Aata or wheat flour panjiri is almost always prepared on any puja in our house and is liked by all.This panjiri is made in microwave within minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Powder Sugar or Bura Cheeni - 3/4th cup
  3. Chopped Dry Fruits - 1/2 cup
  4. Ghee - 1/2 cup
  5. Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  6. edible gum (gondh)

Instructions

  1. Rub some ghee on edible gum and microwave for 5 minutes on high temperature, it will pop.
  2. Take aata and ghee in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 5 minutes on high temperature. Mix it and again microwave for 2 to 3 minutes
  3. In a mixing bowl add popped up gum and roasted aata. Add bura cheeni or jaggary and chopped dry fruits.
  4. Stir the panjeeri well and serve.
