Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Dry coconut 2
  2. Almonds 1/2 cup
  3. Melon seeds 1/2 cup
  4. Mawa 1 cup
  5. Sugar 2 cup
  6. Water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Grate and roast the coconut.
  2. Roast almonds and sliver them when cool.
  3. Roast the melon seeds.
  4. Take a wok. Put sugar and water. Cook till you get a single strand syrup. It takes nearly 5 minutes.
  5. Add mawa and mix well.
  6. Add roasted coconut, almonds and melon seeds.
  7. Mix well. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes, keep stirring.
  8. Grease a plate and pour this mixture evenly onto the plate.
  9. After 5 minutes, mark diamond cuts on it with a knife.
  10. After an hour when it is completely set and firm, cut out the diamonds.
