Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Phulkopi/ Cauliflower - 1 big cut into small pieces
  2. Potato - 2 big cut into cubed
  3. Fresh peas - 1/2 cup
  4. Tomato puree - 3 tablespoons
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sugar - 1tablespoons
  7. Turmeric powder - 1teaspoon
  8. Red chilli powder - 1teaspoon
  9. Cumin powder - 1teaspoon
  10. Coriander powder - 1tablespoons
  11. Garam masala powder - 1teaspoon
  12. Ghee - 2 tablespoons
  13. Fresh cream - 2 tablespoons
  14. Ginger paste - 1tablespoons
  15. Cumin seeds - 1teaspoon
  16. Bay leaf - 2 no

Instructions

  1. TAKE A PAN ADD GHEE AND ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND FRY CAULIFLOWER AND POTATO .
  2. THEN ADD TOMATO PUREE AND ALL SPICE POWDERs, FRY WELL .
  3. NEXT ADD 1 CUP OF WATER AND COOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES THEN ADD CREAM AND GARAM MASALA POWDER AND SERVE .
