Kachori with sattu filling, a very filling and very delicious snack for the evening tea time.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Suji 1 cup
  2. Water 2cups
  3. Oil 1 tea spoon for the dough
  4. Oil for frying
  5. Salt 1/4 tea spoon or as per taste
  6. Ajwain 1/8 tea spoon or so
  7. Ingredients for filling :;;::
  8. Sattu 1/2 cup
  9. Salt and garam masala to taste
  10. Bhuna jeera 1/4 tea spoon
  11. Mango powder 1/4 tea spoon
  12. Green chillies 2 finely chopped
  13. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tea spoon
  14. Mustard oil 1 tea spoon
  15. Juice of one lemon

Instructions

  1. Boil water, add salt, oil and ajwain and whdn it is boiling hot add suji and. Mix vigorously.
  2. Now transfer it to a plate and let it cool
  3. Make stuffing by mixing everything in a bowl
  4. Take a lemon size ball flatten it and fill stuffing. And keep aside
  5. Heat oil and fry these in medium to hot oil
  6. SERVE with chutneys of your choice or with sadabahaar sauce
  7. You can easily air fry these in air fryer
