ABOUT Ginger garlic gravy sabzi (Chitt) RECIPE

This is quick curry to be served with some rotis.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tbsp chopped ginger
  2. 10 cloves garlic
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. Salt
  5. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 pinch kashmiri mirch
  7. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1tsp desi ghee.
  9. Coriander leaves.

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of ginger, garlic and tomatoes.
  2. Heat 1tbs desi ghee in a pan
  3. Add cumin seeds
  4. Now add the puree made earlier to the pan, saute well.
  5. Add salt and all masalas.
  6. Put 2 glasses of water
  7. Boil for 5 minutes.
  8. Add green coriander.
