Ginger.garlic sabzi in tomato gravy..

Ingredients to make Ginger.garlic sabzi in tomato gravy..

  • 10 cloves garlic.
  • 50gm ginger.
  • 4 tomatoes.
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1/4tsp degi mirch.
  • 4 tsp desi ghee.

How to make Ginger.garlic sabzi in tomato gravy..

  1. Chopp ginger n garlic.
  2. Pury d tomatoes.
  3. Heat ghee.
  4. Add cumin seeds
  5. Add gng paste n saute it.
  6. Add tomato pury.
  7. Cook it.
  8. Add salt n all masala.
  9. Cook till ghee seprates.
  10. Add 1 glass water.
  11. Cook till gravy thickens.
  12. Serve with parantha.

My Tip:

U can add 2 tbs curd when cook the masala.
