This is a perfect breakfast option to make, made with veggies and rotis.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. Salt
  4. 1/4tsp ajwain.
  5. 1cup mashed panir.
  6. 1/4tsp turmeric powder.

Instructions

  1. Knead a semi soft dough using besan, wheat flour, salt and water.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add ajwain and turmeric powder. Now add the crumbled paneer and same salt. saute for few minutes.
  3. Make thin chapatis out of the dough made earlier.
  4. Fill the paneer filling in each chapathi and roll it.
  5. Serve to kids.
