Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 bowl hung curd,
  2. 1 bowl green peas,
  3. Salt,
  4. 2 green chilies chopped,
  5. Handful of coriander leaves washed n chopped,
  6. 5/6 clives of garlic,
  7. 1/2 inch ginger,
  8. 2 tsp rice flour,
  9. #FR_STUFFING
  10. 1/2 bowl hung curd,
  11. 4 tsp of dessicated coconut,
  12. 1/2 bowl rawa,
  13. Oil fr frying

Instructions

  1. Grind peas, garlic, ginger, green chilies in grinder n remove in mixing bowl
  2. Add salt, rice flour 1/2 hungcurd n mix well
  3. On other hand mix hungcurd with dessicated coconut n pinch of salt n keep aside
  4. Now make balls of peas mixture
  5. Stuff curd mixture in it n make balls
  6. Spread rawa on flat plate n roll in it
  7. Deep fry them till golden brown color, remove on tissue paper n sever hot
