ABOUT Two layered instant mug khaman RECIPE

This two layered khaman is healthy dish as it contains spinach n carrot.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Besan-2 table spoon
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Eno- 1/4 tsp
  4. One tsp- grated n boiled carrot
  5. 1 tsp- boiled n blended spinach
  6. Oil-2tsp
  7. Butter milk-1/4 cup
  8. Rai -1/4 tsp
  9. Lemon juice- 1/4 tsp
  10. Sugar -1 tsp
  11. water-1/2 cup
  12. Green chillies- 1 chopped
  13. Green coriander- for decoration

Instructions

  1. Take besan in bowl add salt n make batter with the help of Butter milk.keep this batter for half n hr at room temperature
  2. now divide this batter into two halves
  3. to one batter add spinach to another part add carrot
  4. take microwave safe cup grease it.
  5. 7)add Eno to green part n pour this batter into cup tap down and microwave for 30 second.
  6. add Eno to red batter . Now pour this batter above the green one and microwave for 2 more minutes
  7. take out n cool this to room temperature.
  8. now take out from glass n cut into 4 pieces
  9. Take 1tsp oil in pan. Add rai .when cracking sound stop add chopped green chillies, water, sugar, lemon juice. Let it boil. After boiled turn off the gas. Pour this water over the khaman. Decorate with green coriander.
  10. Two layered mug khaman is ready to serve.
