    Ingredients to make Meatball with Coconut milk

    • butter 100 gms
    • cinnamon powder 1 tsp
    • turmeric powder 1 tsp
    • cardamom seeds 2 tsp
    • Corriander seeds 10 gms
    • lemon 1
    • lemon grass 10 gms
    • ginger 10 gms
    • coconut Milk 100 ml
    • chicken stock 50 ml
    • Bread crumbs 50 gms
    • Milk 30 ml
    • Dry chilli flakes 10 gms
    • pepper 10 gms
    • onion 2
    • Minced beef 900 gms
    • garlic 10 gms
    • salt as required
    • Dry chilles

    How to make Meatball with Coconut milk

    1. Start with chopping the onion and garlic.
    2. In the pan, add the butter, onion and garlic and add dry chilli flakes and pepper and salt. Keep the mixture aside.
    3. Take a bowl, add milk and bread crumbs and keep aside.
    4. Take mince beef, add salt, pepper and add the onion mixture into it and add the milk mixture into it.
    5. Make small balls with your hands. (golf balls size)
    6. In the pan add butter and fry these balls.
    7. In the middle of the pan, add the corriander seeds, cardamom seeds, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, dry chillies, Lemon Grass and ginger. Add the chicken stock an finally add the coconut milk. Let it boil for a minute.
    8. Check the seasoning, squeez some lemon on top and garnish with grated lemon zest on top of it.
    9. Serve hot.
