We always make same bonda with potato which is not too healthy.i gave a new touch too bonda which is healthy than potato bonda

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bottle gourd 1 cup gretted
  2. Semolina half cup
  3. Steamd rice half cup
  4. Onion 1
  5. Green chilli 1
  6. Dried mango pwdr 1 tspn
  7. Red chilli pwdr
  8. Chat msala lil bit
  9. Salt
  10. Oil


  1. First take semolina nd souk with lil bit of water for 5 mnt
  2. Now take a bowl nd add gretted bottle gourd stmd rice chopped onion nd green chilli red chilli pwdr mango pwdr chat msala nd mix it well
  3. Now heat oil in kdahi.
  4. Now add semolina nd salt in bottle gourd mixture.
  5. Take one part of mixture nd give bonda shape.nd deep fry it
  6. When it become brown nd crispy remove bonda frome oil.
  7. Enjoy this hot hot bonda with green nd red sauce .
