Ingredients to make Exotic Veggies Paneer Teriyaki

  • Panner cubes 100 gms
  • Purple cabbage chopped 2 cups
  • Red and yellow bell pepper 1 cup
  • Broccoli few florets
  • Teriyaki sauce 3 tsp

How to make Exotic Veggies Paneer Teriyaki

  1. First blanch the exotic veggies in warm water with salt for 15 mins.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan and sautee onions and grated ginger. Add the blanched exotic veggies, keep stirring thoroughly. Simmer for 10 mins.
  3. Now add teriyaki sauce with oregano and pepper.
  4. Stir fry them continuously then add ketchup and other dry spices.
  5. Dont overcook the veggies as it may turn soggy and the crunchy taste may be lost.
  6. Now once its cooked add the paneer cubes and add the lime juice with little salt and sugar.
  7. You may add apple cider vinegar too for the extra tangy flavour. Cook on slow flame for 5 mins with covered lid. Turn off the gas and serve hot with Roti or Fried rice.
