Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice- 2cup
  2. Onion- 2 Chopped
  3. Cabbage- 2tablespoons chopped
  4. Tomato- 2chopped
  5. Oil-1tablespoons
  6. Musterd seeds- 1teaspoon
  7. Cumin seeds- 1/4teaspoon
  8. Asafoetida- 1 pinch
  9. Red chilly powder- 1/2teaspoon
  10. Turmaric powder- 1/4teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. Green chilly- 2 Chopped


  1. Heat oil in a wok add asafoetida, cumin seeds,musterd seeds and splutter them.
  2. Now add chopped onion and cabbage and saute them till partially cook.
  3. Now add green chilly and tomato and cook till tomatoes are soften.
  4. Now add red chilly powder, turmaric powder,Salt and mix well.
  5. Now add cooked rice and mix well.
  6. Now cover with lid and cook on slow flam for 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
