Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gm greated paneer
  2. 2 boil mashed potatoes
  3. 2 sliced fried onions
  4. 2 green chilli
  5. 1 carrot greated
  6. 1 cube greadted cheese
  7. 2 tbsp green chutney
  8. 1 bowl flour knead of maida
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbsp red chilli
  11. 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  12. Oil for roast

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl add paneer carrot potatoes green chilli and all spices green coriander leaves mix all well.
  2. Make a dough.roll a roti roast 4 rotis.
  3. Now take roti spread Tomato sauce then mixture we prepare then greated cheese.cover it with second roti.
  4. In second roti spread green chutney add again mixture greated cheese.cover it with 4 roti.
  5. Now heat tawa and roast it till it turn crispy. Now cut and serve this paratha.
