ABOUT Oats and Veggie Cutlet RECIPE

In this recipe we use oats, capsicum, carrot and potato. Its tasty, yummy, easy and great for parties.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potato 4
  2. Suji 4 tbsp
  3. Conflour 4 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli 1 tbsp
  6. Capsicum 1 chopped
  7. Carrot 1 chopped
  8. Onion 1 chopped
  9. Chat masala 1 tbsp
  10. Oats 1/2 katori

Instructions

  1. Mashed the potato in a bowl.
  2. Add onion, carrot, capsicum and mix well.
  3. Add Conflour, suji and all spices and mix.
  4. Take a small portion and roll it and give the shape.
  5. Roll it in left oats and deep fry it.
  6. When golden brown remove from oil.
  7. Serve hot with Ketchup.
